Tandem Do Scale provides digital marketing, website design, video production, advertising, analytics, and growth strategy services. All services are delivered according to the scope outlined in the project agreement signed by both parties.
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Invoices are due within the stated period. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables. Tandem Do Scale retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tandem Do Scale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking legal remedies.
